About Us

In the summer of 2018, the young family formed by Enric, Maria, and Melanie joyfully took over one of the great emblems of the Costa Brava:
the iconic Restaurant Cap Sa Sal.
Beloved by many for childhood memories and renowned for its international spirit, Restaurant Cap Sa Sal has grown over time while staying true to its essence and preserving its family-run character.

Since then, the team has expanded with new members, while still counting on those who have been with us from the beginning.
Our kitchen first opened under the guidance of Paco, a passionate and enthusiastic chef, offering traditional Mediterranean cuisine with his own personal touch in every dish.

Today, the kitchen is led by young chef Andrés, who reinterprets traditional Catalan cuisine with subtle innovations and a modern twist, all while preserving the magic of our culinary heritage.

As heads of service, Hamza and Nil guide visitors through an immersive experience for the senses.
